Flavor Spice Amala is purely yam base. 
 
Yams that are white in colour but turn brown when dried which gives àmàlà its colour (thick brown colour).
 
Carefully and neatly soucred directly farm and made in small batch inother to maintain quality during production.
 
Easy to prepare, eat with any soup of your choice (Egusi, gbono soup, Efo Riro, etc.).
 
It is a popular food in Western Africa, it is known as  kokonte in Ghana and Togo, and amala in Nigeria.
