Tips, Recipe and Directions for using Flavor Spice Jollof Seasoning to cook Jollof Rice for 2 to 4 people in sweet and smoky method





Cooking for 2 to 4 people recipe


2 large onions, finely chopped


8 - 10oz cup of olive oil or groundnut oil


4 cubes of Knorr or Royco seasoning cube




6 – 8 chicken thighs or breasts


1/2 tsp thyme leaves




2 tsp of dry rosemary





2 to 4 pieces of bay leaf


1 guinea peppers or 1 scotch bonnet chilli,


2 tbsp of Flavor Spice Jollof Rice Seasoning


1 tsp sea salt 400 850g of tomato paste of your choice





1 red Bell Pepper,


1 tsp hot chilli powder ( optional)


3 tbsp Flavor Spice curry powder or Flavor Spice Masala Curry










300g basmati, parboiled or other long grain rice (white is better for this)


Serve with chopped coriander or parsley sprinkled on top or vegetable of your choice (Optional).

N/B Now once you add the rice to the sauce instead of cooking with stove you can put the whole rice mixed with sauce in a foil pan and cover it with the foil paper, put it in the oven, setting the oven at 380 degrees and let it cook for like 30 to 35 munites.


Remember for you to make it taste smoky, all you have to do is to let it burn a little beat not too much
